In conjunction with Thermodyne Foodservice Products, Inc., ACF Certified Executive Chef Aaron will be offering the ServSafe Food Manager program. This program is designed to provide expert training, educational materials, and a final exam to become ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified. The goal of the program and certification is to learn about foodborne illness and how to prevent it, safe food handling techniques and how to train employees in food sanitation.

According to Indiana law, all licensed food service establishments are required to have a least one person certified in food safety per each physical business location. The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is nationally recognized and accredited, and will meet the requirements of the Indiana food safety laws.

About ServSafe:

The ServSafe program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection.

ACF Certified Executive Chef Aaron is a registered ServSafe Proctor and Certified ServSafe Instructor.
