Chef Aaron’s Background: I have over 15 years of experience in the restaurant and foodservice industries and have worked in a variety of establishments including BakerStreet Steakhouse and Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I come from a line of restaurateurs, having grown up working at my family’s restaurant in Woodburn, Indiana. I have studied cooking extensively and obtained my Culinary Degree at Ivy Tech. During my time in college, I had the unique opportunity to study abroad and learn from some of the best culinary experts in the world while training in both France and Spain. I look forward to passing my knowledge along and sharing the tips, tricks and hacks of the trade along the way.
